What’s included in a Rabbie’s Wild Atlantic Way tour?

Your tour includes expert driver-guide storytelling, transport in a comfortable 16-seat mini-coach, and access to off-the-beaten-track locations. How long does the Wild Atlantic Way take to tour?

How long you want to tour this scenic coastline is up to you. Our Wild Atlantic Way day tours give you a proper taste of the coast in one go. Or, if you want more time to explore, our multi-day tours range from 3 to 11 days, taking in different regions entirely, from the wild Connemara coast to the Dingle Peninsula and beyond.

Where do your Wild Atlantic Way tours depart from?

Our Wild Atlantic Way tours depart from either Dublin or Killarney. In Dublin, you'll meet your driver-guide opposite the Kilkenny Shop on Nassau Street. In Killarney, departures leave from the Killarney Tourist Information Office on Beech Road. The pick-up time for your specific tour will be clearly outlined on your itinerary. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your departure time, as we leave promptly and can't wait for late arrivals.

We take the road less travelled

You'll travel in a top-of-the-range 16-seat mini-coach. Small enough to take the scenic back roads and stop at that little bakery the big buses never find. Who you’ll be travelling with

Our Wild Atlantic Way tours run in small groups of no more than 16 people. That means like-minded travelers, real conversations, and room to breathe. Bookings can be made either as a group or as a solo traveller, and you can book a single room on overnight tours. Plus, with no minimum numbers once you've booked, you're going.

Where you’ll rest along the way

On our multi-day Wild Atlantic Way tours, we work with locally owned accommodation along the route, and breakfast is included each morning. You can choose your room and pay on arrival, or select and pay in advance as part of your booking. What’s the best time of year to visit the Wild Atlantic Way?

Ireland’s west coast is a stunning destination worth visiting all year round. Summer brings long days and lush green scenery, but also more visitors. Spring and autumn are quieter, with softer light and the coast often all to yourself. Winter is raw and dramatic, with crashing waves, moody skies, and a turf fire waiting at the end of the day.
