Product Team Lead

Check-in & Admin Assistant
Edinburgh, FTC (Feb-Sep)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Check-in & Admin Assistant to join our team and help deliver exceptional travel experiences. In this dynamic role, you’ll split your time between welcoming guests at our Edinburgh departure point and supporting the smooth coordination of bespoke private tours. Your organisational skills, attention to detail, and passion for customer service will ensure every journey runs seamlessly. Working closely with our Reservation & Customer Care and Private Tours teams, you’ll handle everything from check-ins and enquiries to preparing itineraries and liaising with suppliers.

Pricing & Inventory Executive

Are you a detail‑driven problem solver with a passion for travel and data? Join us as a Pricing & Inventory Executive and help shape the experiences our customers enjoy before they even set foot on a Rabbie’s tour. From optimising pricing and monitoring availability to analysing trends that drive smart commercial decisions, your accuracy and insight will keep our operations running smoothly. You’ll be part of a collaborative Commercial Team, dedicated to maximising revenue, ensuring seamless booking experiences, and supporting unforgettable adventures across our network.
