What is the King’s Award for Enterprise?
Established in 1965 as the Queen’s Awards for Industry, these honors were renamed in 2022 to reflect His Majesty’s reign. Today, the King’s Awards for Enterprise recognise exceptional achievements in four categories. The Four Award Categories are:

A Rigorous Judging Process
Winning the King’s Award for Enterprise isn’t easy. It involves a comprehensive application, a review by a panel of experts, Government due diligence on financial health, compliance, and corporate responsibility and finally approval by the Prime Minister and His Majesty the King. Only a select few businesses make it through every stage and this year we’re proud to be among them.
What This Means for Rabbie’s and Our Guests
As recipients of the King’s Award, we will be welcomed to a royal reception at Windsor Castle. We will also be hosting an on-site celebration with the King’s Lord-Lieutenant later this year.
We will be proudly displaying the King’s Award emblem on our website, tour buses, marketing materials, and uniforms for the next five years. This trusted mark of excellence gives new guests, partners, and team members the confidence to choose Rabbie’s and affirms our commitment to delivering unforgettable experiences with heart, authenticity and care.
