How do I book?
You can book at rabbies.com
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes – your booking will need to be confirmed before you can travel. Tours fill up quickly, so booking early is your best bet!
What are the group sizes?
Our super comfortable mini coaches seat up to 16 passengers, making for a relaxed and friendly travel experience. You can book for up to 12 people at a time - if you're planning a trip with a larger group, consider our private tours for more tailored experience. You will need some extra time for planning a private tour so contact our private tour team as early as possible ahead of your travel dates.
What should I wear on a winter tour?
In winter, it’s all about wearing the right layers so you stay comfortable no matter what the Scottish weather brings. The good news? You don’t need specialist gear. A cosy wool jumper, a reliable waterproof jacket, and sturdy waterproof shoes are usually all it takes to enjoy the tour and stay comfortable throughout your day.
Who are the tours suitable for?
Our tours welcome all travellers over the age 5. If you have questions about the physical requirements of a specific tour, we recommend checking the tour details or contacting our team for more information. Please note that for our tours in Switzerland, Portugal, Italy and Spain, the minimum age is 16.
Where do your tours leave from?
We have various departure points across the UK, Ireland, and Europe. Click here for more specific information, including the departure points information for Edinburgh and Glasgow.
Can my tour be cancelled due to weather or low passenger numbers?
Here in Scotland, we’re well prepared for unpredictable weather, so you rarely need to worry about a tour being cancelled. The only time we would cancel is if an official severe weather warning is issued and it’s unsafe to travel. In the unlikely event this happens, you’ll receive a full refund.
We also operate with no minimum passenger numbers, which means your tour will go ahead regardless of how many people have booked.
