Every private tour is designed around you by our team. From festive day trips to multi-day winter escapes, our expert tour planners will help create an itinerary tailored to your group, interests, and budget.

Private winter tours start from £750 per group for a full-day tour, including a dedicated driver-guide and private Rabbie's vehicle. Alternative vehicle types are available to suit different group sizes.

Looking to make it extra special? We can arrange accommodation, attraction tickets, dining experiences, and bespoke activities, creating a seamless travel experience from start to finish. Additional elements are quoted separately and tailored to your itinerary.

Winter pricing terms and conditions

Offer is subject to availability. Valid on new bookings only for travel between November 1st and March 31st, 2027. From prices are based on travel in a Rabbie's 16-seat mini coach. Prices for other vehicle types will vary. Departing from London, Bath or Bristol starts from £999 per day. Pricing based on vehicle and drive guide only and excludes accommodation, attractions and dining. Offer based on a 10-hour day. Excludes 27th-31st December. Standard T&C apply.

I loved that we got not just a driver but a guide as well and that we had a consultant help us not only customised it to what we wanted to experience but also explained what would be feasible (or not) and advised us as arrangements was updated. Bertie was also always patient and never pushy, allowing us the time to get back to him on our travel plans when we were ready. Our private winter tours are available for groups from as few as 2 travellers. We think they work best for groups of up to 16 people but there is no maximum number and we can accommodate large groups. We'll recommend the best itinerary and vehicle option for your needs.

Can I book with a deposit?

Yes. You can secure your private tour with a 20% deposit, with the remaining balance payable 3-months before departure. Our team will explain the payment schedule when providing your quote.
