Entry Requirements 

• You must be 18+ 

• To enter the competition send an email to competition@rabbies.com 

  • Subject Line Suggestion: "Your Story Giveaway Entry - [Your Name]" 

  • Required Information: 

    • Full name 

    • Tour name (e.g., "Isle of Skye 3-Day Tour") 

    • Departure point and approximate date (if remembered) 

    • 3 or more photos from the tour 

    • A short story or memorable moment from the experience 

    • Usage consent statement (must be included): "I consent to Rabbie's using my submitted images and story for marketing purposes" 

The winners will be contacted by Rabbie's via an email by February 7, 2026. Good luck!

Who we are 
This giveaway is run by: 

• Rabbie’s Tours Ltd, registered in Scotland (SC169517), specialists in small-group travel 

We are the data controller for all personal information submitted as part of your competition entry.

What data we collect 
When you enter this competition by email, we collect the following information:

• Full Name 

• Email Address 

• Photos from your past Rabbie’s trip(s)

• Stories, captions or written descriptions about your experience

• Your written permission for Rabbie’s to use your submitted photos and stories for marketing purposes

Why we collect it 

We use this data solely to: 

• Verify your eligibility to enter

• Review and assess entries

• Select and contact the winner

• Deliver and administer the prize

• Use your photos and stories in Rabbie’s marketing channels only where you have provided explicit written permission.

We will not use your data for marketing unless you have clearly given written consent as part of your entry email.

Lawful Basis 
We process your data under the following lawful bases:

• Consent – by emailing your entry, and explicitly confirming that Rabbie’s may use your photos and stories for marketing, you give us permission to process that data for these purposes.

• Legitimate Interest – for reviewing entries, selecting winners, contacting participants, and administering the prize.

Data Sharing 
Your personal data will only be shared with:

• The Rabbie’s marketing team and relevant staff involved in managing the competition and producing marketing content

We will never sell your data or share it with third parties for unrelated marketing.

Data Retention 

• We will retain your competition entry details (name, email address, and eligibility information) until 27 February 2026, after which this information will be securely deleted.

• If you have explicitly consented to Rabbie’s using your submitted photos, stories, and name for marketing purposes, we will retain this content until you withdraw your permission.
  When consent is withdrawn, we will:

  • Stop using your content in any future marketing, and

  • Securely delete your photos, stories, and associated details from our active marketing systems, removing them from platforms where practicable.

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to: 

• Access your personal data 

• Correct inaccurate data 

• Request deletion of your data 

• Withdraw consent at any time 

• Lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO)

Terms & Conditions 

1. Eligibility 

• Entrants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry.

• Entrants must have previously travelled on a Rabbie’s tour.

• One entry per person is permitted.

• Rabbie’s reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants.

2. Entry Period 

• Entries open: Now 

• Entries close: Midnight (GMT), 31 January 2026

• Winners will be contacted via email by 7 February 2026.

• Winners must respond within 7 days to claim their prize.

• If a winner does not respond, a reserve winner will be selected.

3. How to Enter 

• There is no entry fee and no purchase is necessary.

• To enter, participants must email Rabbie’s with:

  • Photos from a past Rabbie’s tour

  • A written story or description of their experience

  • Confirmation that they grant Rabbie’s permission to use their submitted content for marketing

• Entry is based on merit, not a random draw.

4. Winner Selection 

• Winners will be chosen by Rabbie's marketing team based on:

  • Quality and authenticity of photos

  • Engagement and storytelling in the written submission

  • Creativity

  • Enthusiasm

• All decisions are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

5. The Prize 
1st Place: Multi-day Rabbie’s tour for 2 people (up to 5 days)
2nd Place: Day tour for 2 people
3rd Place: Day tour for 1 person

Prize Details

• Valid for any scheduled Rabbie’s tour departing from UK locations

• Subject to availability

• Must be booked and travelled within 2026

• No cash alternative

• Prizes are non-transferable

6. Content Usage

By entering the competition, participants agree to the following:

• Rabbie’s is granted permission to use submitted photos and written stories for marketing purposes across:

  • Social media

  • Website

  • Email campaigns

  • Print materials

  • Other promotional channels

• Entrants confirm they own the rights to all submitted content.

• Rabbie’s may edit submissions for length, clarity, or formatting.

• Credit will be given to photographers where their content is used.

7. General Conditions

• Rabbie’s reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify entrants who breach these Terms & Conditions or provide false information.

• Rabbie’s may cancel or amend the competition at any time.

• Personal data will be handled in accordance with Rabbie’s Privacy Policy.

• This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok.

Scam Warning: Winners will only be contacted from official Rabbie's email addresses (@rabbies.com). We will never ask for payment or personal financial information to claim a prize.

• Dietary Requirements: We will do our best to accommodate dietary needs where possible. However, please note that the tour visits rural locations where food options may be limited.

• Language: Rabbie’s tours are conducted in English. Some attractions may offer multilingual audio guides or translators.

• Travel Documentation: Participants are responsible for ensuring they have all necessary travel documents, including valid passports and visas (if applicable). Rabbie’s is not able to provide visa support.

• Tour Conditions: The tour may involve walking over uneven terrain, climbing stairs, and extended periods of standing or outdoor activity.
