Who we are 
This giveaway is run jointly by:

We are joint data controllers of the personal information you provide via the entry form.

Terms & conditions 

1. Eligibility 

• You must be 18 or over at the time of entry. 

• You must be available in Edinburgh, Scotland from September 30 to October 5, 2025. 

• You must have followed Jacklynn on Instagram prior to the launch of the giveaway. 

• You must now be following @rabbies_tours on Instagram.

• Only one entry per person is permitted. 

2. Entry Period 

• Entries open: Now 

• Entries close: Midnight (BST), August 15, 2025 

• Winner will be selected and contacted by Rabbie's via email on August 20. 

3. How to Enter 

• Complete all required fields in the entry form. 

• There is no entry fee or purchase necessary. 

• Entry is based on merit, not random draw. 

4. Winner Selection 

• This is a contest of interest and engagement, not chance. 

• Entries will be judged by a panel including Jacklynn and Rabbie’s Tours based on: 

  • Passion for history

  • Engagement with Jacklynn’s content 

  • Originality and thoughtfulness of response 

  • The winner must respond within 5 days of being contacted or the prize may be reallocated. 

5. The Prize 
Two separate winners will receive: 

• A spot on the ByJacklynn x Rabbie’s Queen’s Reign Tour, running October 1–5, 2025 

• All accommodation during the tour 

• Breakfast every day and some group meals 

• All attraction and castle entry fees 

• Small group tour guided by Rabbie’s Tours 

• Experience hosted by Jacklynn 

Please note: 

• Transport to/from Edinburgh is not included 

• Accommodation in Edinburgh on September 30 and October 5 (pre and post tour) is not included 

• No cash alternative. Prize is non-transferable. 

6. General 

• We reserve the right to verify entries and disqualify those who violate the rules or provide false information. 

• We may cancel or amend the giveaway due to unforeseen circumstances.

• Dietary Requirements: We will do our best to accommodate dietary needs where possible. However, please note that the tour visits rural locations where food options may be limited.

• Language: Rabbie’s tours are conducted in English. Some attractions may offer multilingual audio guides or translators.

• Travel Documentation: Participants are responsible for ensuring they have all necessary travel documents, including valid passports and visas (if applicable). Rabbie’s is not able to provide visa support.

• Tour Conditions: The tour may involve walking over uneven terrain, climbing stairs, and extended periods of standing or outdoor activity.
