Our Tours

Over the last 26 years, we’ve aspired to make the world a better place through travel. We contribute to local communities, create incredible memories, and connect cultures.

This is the first time in our history we’ve been unable to achieve this.

The rapid spread of the coronavirus has forced everyone to take a break from travel, stay at home, and care for one another. This means our tours are suspended until 30th June 2020. If you have a tour booked with us before that date we will be in touch with you as soon as possible.

Let’s use this break to renew our appreciation of the world and prepare to travel again with a better attitude than ever.

Our Policies

We like to keep asking ourselves where we’d like to be when this is over. The list is huge and just keeps growing.

So, to help you plan your next trip, we’ve relaxed our terms and conditions for customers who book directly with us.

Here’s a summary:

  • If you booked a tour that departs between 16th March 2020 and 30th June 2020, you can get credit to put towards a future booking or, if this is not acceptable to you, a full refund.
  • You can change your tour dates up to 22 days before your tour departure with no change fees.

At the moment, we’re only available by email because we’re working from home to stay safe. We apologise for any delay in our responses: this situation is new to us all.

FAQs

What about travel insurance?

We don’t provide travel insurance. But if you have taken insurance out, please ask them about your trip before contacting us.

What if I booked a tour through an agent or another company?

For tours booked via an Agent or online booking site, please use your confirmation details to get in touch with them. As these bookings are made through a third party, they'll be able to provide you with their own Terms and Conditions.

What if my tour isn’t running in the future?

Credit you keep with us can apply for any tour.

When would I need to rebook a tour?

You can keep credit with us until March 2021. By then, you’ll know what new tours we have for the 2021/2022 season.

My tour hasn’t been suspended; can I still get a refund?

Of course, but our normal terms & conditions will apply, except we’ll not charge you anything if you want to simply change a date.

Why are your tours suspended until 30th June 2020?

Governments, businesses, and communities have to work together to prevent the spread of the virus. By suspending our tours we're protecting our customes and the destinations we love.
