Well we (10 people) booked online the Rabbies Edinburgh city tour on 17 April, 2017 and took the bus of 11.30 am. We clearly asked driver to give us the tickets while leaving 3-4 times but he didnt give and he gave Rabbies tour booklet only without writing anything. And when we were boarding on different bus with Linda then she was not allowing us to board in the bus without tickets and anything written on the booklet. She told our group to leave the bus in very inappropriate tone and then I firmly said that this was not our fault as we asked the driver 3-4 times to give the tickets and he didn’t give. Then she checked online system and confirm yes we did the booking and allowed us in the bus in very unwelcoming manner. Her tone was also loud and inappropriate while talking, she was treating us like we were boarding in the bus in free. In joke, I also told her that you must be in police. Well after this hot conversation she told that she had to take the coffee as she had headache but it was opposite she gave us the headache. Also in afternoon, we were waiting for the bus on some stops and your buses didn’t stop and we had to take the taxi. So basically, we used your bus only 2 times in a day and it was completely waste of money with your company and spoiling our moods. We took your services after refereeing by our friends but after this experience it’ll be hard for us to recommend your tours to other.
