Competition Guidelines
• Inaugural Rabbie’s Trail Burners Ltd. Photo Competition – June 2011.
• Winning photos will be chosen every month - Deadlines for photo submission are the last day of every calendar month.
• The Glengoyne Whisky prize only available in UK, Europe and Australia to entrants aged 21 years and over. (Unfortunately due to customs laws relating to posted goods we cannot dispatch whisky to other countries)
• Gift Voucher prize transferrable to family or friends.

Terms & Conditions
Rabbie’s Trail Burners Ltd. has sole and absolute discretion to determine which submission entries, if any, merit an award after consideration of votes and opinions from all forms of media, including online.

Rabbie’s Trail Burners Ltd. reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to change, modify, extend or reduce the terms and conditions of, or to suspend or terminate, the competition without prior notice.

Rabbie’s Trail Burners Ltd. will endeavour to inform participants of any such change, modification, extension, reduction, suspension or termination, as the case may be, through any media outlet deemed appropriate by Rabbie’s Trail Burners Ltd. in its sole and absolute discretion.

Rabbie’s Trail Burners Ltd. further reserves the right to nullify and/or cancel any part or all of the competition if it appears that any fraud or malfunctions have occurred in any form whatsoever. Each participant undertakes to indemnify and keep Rabbie’s Trail Burners Ltd. harmless from and against any loss, damage, claims, costs and expenses which may be incurred by or asserted against Rabbie’s Trail Burners Ltd. as a result of such participant's participation in the competition.

Participation in the competition and submission of photographs grants Rabbie’s Trail Burners Ltd. a perpetual, worldwide, royalty free license to use the images in its sole discretion. Submission of the photograph grants Rabbie’s Trail Burners Ltd. the right to use the photograph in its media, including but not limited to its websites and marketing materials.

Photographs must have been taken by the entrant and be their sole property.

Photographs must be free from digital manipulation or enhancement of any kind, other than levels, contrast and brightness adjustments.

Rabbie’s Trail Burners Ltd. may decline to include any submission at its sole discretion.
